This is Adrienne Prince, with TEAM GAIA, and I'm going to share with you right now, my "Best Practice Exercise" for SHIFTING REALITY.

So -- WHAT YOU'LL DO, is you'll take a moment to center in your Heart, as well as unite with Mother Earth and with your own sense of knowing, your own inner authority -- and when you get a handle on what kind of world, or what kind of practices you want to experience, for all of us -- a world of Justice, a world of exposure of wrongdoing, a world of generosity, of food and housing and LOVE, FOR ALL -- when you have that picture in your mind and in your Heart, you're going to give it a little PUSH, like this: ( # )

OK? So, you're holding that vision. And you give it a little PUSH ( # )

And if you do it 3 times, you can really know that you're anchoring and grounding this intention.

So, you're thinking of the kind of world you want to see -- the kind of situation you want to create -- you're holding it, concentrating it -- and then ( # )

Let it settle -- and know that it is done!

You have CREATED the INTENTION, you have ANCHORED it.

It's like pushing in a drawer, or pushing in a thumbtack. When you KNOW something is really TRUE, and there's a CHANGE you really want to see -- just anchor it -- and ( # ) push it in.

Thank you so much! I hope that wherever you are getting this message in the world, that you will join with me and realize that there is NO OUTER CONDITION THAT CAN SUPERCEDE YOUR INNATE RIGHT TO CREATE, and this is how we do it! It's how we SHIFT, it's how we ANCHOR.
