Don't conform just for a job not unless you actually want to take the vaccine...
As far as I'm aware they haven't made it legally mandatory - its only work places which are pressuring people...
Dr phil Valentine has package for people in the USA wishing to decline the vaccine... maybe you could contact him and ask for the package
