I am rather new to all this. For the past 3 years I've been listening to Podcasts and some Audio books. I felt very lost living without purpose. I only now have been seriously questioning this reality. Listening to JRE, Jocko, David Goggins, Jordan Peterson, Sam Tripoli, Matthew LaCroix, Billy Carson and many others has expanded my perception by them sharing their knowledge on History, Experiences, and Thoughts about the World/Universe/Dimensions. I have improved myself and learned a few things but I am still not happy where I am as a person today. I am not giving up though. I want answers and I want to find my place in the world. I still have some Mental Blocks to overcome. I hope Billy Carson can shed some much needed light on the hidden truths. I am enjoying his lectures and teaching thus far, very enlightening. The music is wonderful as well.

Hi, I'm relatively new to this process too. I just wanted to share, I think Steven Greers' documentaries were what initially made me super curious. That led me to the Gaia network...specifically, a series where Billy Carson interviews Steven Greer. From there, I found Matias de Stefano and honestly, he answered so many questions I'd had about the Christian religion that I had been raised in and believed my whole life but that never felt right to me. Since then, I've started doing reiki sessions every month and life for me has turned around completely! I love learning about these ancient civilizations and texts, and people who channel other beings, and learning how that's possible through quantum entanglement! It's allowed me to learn to connect with my higher self and with the divine in an incredible way. It's totally changed my life and made it so much fun!

I encourage you to continue to develop your best self, and find out who you are. I thank you for sharing your thoughts,not all of us have taken the courage to do what you are doing, which is embarking on your journey to your "Innerverse" as Billy would say. I ll share with you what I have done, and continue to do. Don't focus on what you are not. Focus on what you are, one day, one moment at at time,And that is Abundance. One of things that helped me early on with the same experience, is that I gave myself permission to become "obsessed" with knowledge and the execution of the knowledge in these four categories, I now call "The Four Pillars" to develop higher "levels" of confidence in each
*Dominance and Masculine traits I. E.
Vocabulary Terms - leadership, confidence, patience, empathy, self actualization, drive, focus, intelligent negotiater, social science, emotional IQ

*Physical Prowess (at any age. I'm 36)
Vocabulary Terms-flexibility, upper body strength, squats, deadlifts.breathing exercises, boxing, MMA, Krav Maga, sprints, jogging with my favorite music Playlist with songs from Linkin Park, skillet, veers union, Barbatuques ( love Vocë Chegou)

*Mental and Spiritual Excellence
Vocabulary Terms - decernment, knowledge of antiquity, new vocabulary terms that resonate power and intelligence, meditation, prayer ( we pray from, God within not to, God, I believe we have it backwards). Everlearning, auto didactic, music that you love and resonates with you, creating value for others through your personal development. Listening skills, esoteric knowledge, metaphysical knowledge. Nuero science, bio science ( how does your body work? Immune system, what is GcMAF?) Mantras "I'm committed to grow just 1%a day," "I'm always at the right time, at the right place, doing the right thing".

*Relationships with significant others
Vocabulary Terms-- kind negotiation, emotional self control, leadership, social science, empathy, all perspectives are right, to the perceiver,
"no perception has a higher value than another's, but what do we agree together on? " If I have an 🍏 and you have an orange, they re still both fruit! " ( used this many of times)

Non argumentative quotes (dominant male)

I poured out a lot, but maybe some of the things may assist you, or others who see our posting. So in closing "How do you best practice by focusing on what you are?"
By knowing that you are already abundance and amazing, Therfore everything we do "down here in this 3rd dementional plain is just training. Play pretend like your in boot camp, and you know you suck at things, but have a Burning desire to be addicted to all things better!

This is great insight. Obsession is something I have yet to grasp. I always start something new and never complete or master each endeavor. I shall Progress even if it seems minuscule. As you increase your own phrases, destroy the ones that don't serve you. There is no such thing as "miniscule". Replace with. "I grow 1% a day".
Think about, you already listen to podcasts, did you learn something new? Of course you did. Mission accomplished.

I am the same way at times. My mind runs a mile a minute so I do a lot of different things a may not finish a goal or objective. This is a skill set that you can fine tune the rest of your life and make you a lot of money if you can Practice slowing down.
Make fun along the way being a scientist, when they "fail" on the way, they call it an experiment! This feels better, has less resistance, and keeps you in the receptive mode. Of all the things I mentioned, your only job is cultivating the receptive mode. What is the receptive mode? Emotions and thought alignment. I believe this is how we manifest what we truly want. Create a regime for yourself, that makes you feel powerful. I like marvel movies, so I bought marvel character workout shirts to work out in. This was my way of not caring about what people think and helped me feel like a super hero. So I train like someone may depend on me some day and it feels good. I m sharing to be as transparent as possible, I'm on my journey too. And now I m working on creating a consulting Company. I do it because it makes me feel powerful and valuable, and I get to share that value with others ( for a nominal fee of course). Create your ("Feel Good Ritual") whatever that is that you value. All of the other things I wrote up top will fall in place that resonates with you if any at all.

Page 35 of Compendium of the Emerlad Tablets, A Beginners Guide.[Second Edition] I just wanted to make sure I did my math right and if I am reading this right. When Thoth said "A Hundred times Ten" he Descended and then Ascended as many times (100×10) equals 1,000 not 10,000 as printed on the book. Or is this (100×10) to be added up as 100×100 ten times which would equal 1.00000000E+22 on a Calculator. I'm confused here. Thank you for any clarification.

Reading further I understood it 100x10=10,000: if the 10^2 accounting Ascended 10 times and Decended 10 I was combining the both which confused me. I'm actually learning math from your book which I always loathed in school. Thanks Billy!
