While enrolled in the United States’ Stargate Project, psychic Ingo Swann was charged with remote viewing a set of coordinates on the dark side of the moon by a mysterious government agent named “Mr. Axelrod.” Swann’s successful track record came to an abrupt halt as he saw a vision which simply could not have been on Earth’s moon: there were hordes of people at work, toiling along a cliffside in a sickly green mist. Most alarmingly, the individuals seemed to spot him, something which should have been impossible, given their understanding of how remote viewing was supposed to operate. How did Swann appear to these strange beings on the moon? Evidence from throughout history suggests he may have manifested as a luminous orb, a possibility with shocking implications for terrestrial sightings of UFOs in our skies.
